Avocado Chicken Salad

Creamy and delicious chicken salad, great alone or as a sandwich or wrap!
~ Gluten & Dairy Free ~

4 Serving
Ingredients:

2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded 

1 ripe avocado

1/4 cup celery

1/2 cup veganaise 

2 tsp fresh lime juice

1/8 tsp garlic powder

1/8 tsp pepper

1/2 cup canned corn 

1) Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

2) Serve alone with some sliced apples or on gluten-free bread, wrap, or crackers.
