Bacon Lettuce Tomato Melt
This is the best BLT in town, and it is so simple!
It will leave you wanting more!
~ Gluten & Dairy Free ~
8 pieces of bacon (Vegetarians omit)
4 dairy-free cheese slices
2 tbsp veganaise and vegan butter
4 Slices of tomato
1/2 cup grated lettuce
1 ripe avocado
Sea salt and pepper as desired
Gluten-Free bread or buns
Serve on gluten-free buns or bread.
1. Cook bacon on the stove or on a parchment-lined baking sheet in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Once cooked set on a paper towel to remove some of the grease.
2. Toast bun or bread.
3. Spread butter and veganaise on toast, melt cheese slice, place lettuce, tomato, bacon, and avocado on top. Add bacon if you wish.
Replace bacon with an egg or vegetarian cold meat.
