A blueberry banana smoothie is a great start to the day or after school snack!

1 yummy smoothie!
1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1/2 fresh banana
1/2 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder
1 tsp flax oil (optional)
1/4 cup vanilla coconut or almond yogourt (optional)
1 tbsp vanilla coconut or almond yogourt and a couple of frozen blueberries.
Place all ingredients into a blender, and mix until it is completely smooth. Top with a tablespoon of dairy-free vanilla yogurt and a couple of frozen blueberries.
