A nice nutritional boost!
Blueberry Spinach Smoothie
This sweet blueberry smoothie is full of fruit, leafy greens, and protein!
~ Gluten & Dairy Free ~
Yummy 12oz smoothie!
1 cup frozen wild blueberries
1 fresh banana
1/2 cup frozen avocado
2 handfuls of fresh baby spinach
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1/2 cup orange juice (add calcium)
1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder
1 tsp flax oil (optional)
1 tsp Spirulina Powder* (optional)
Place all ingredients into a blender, and mix until it is completely smooth.
