Chocolate Monkey Smoothie

This is a great afternoon snack, filled with protein!

Helps satisfy that sugar craving!

This fun drink reminds me of Punta Cana! Kids LOVE it!

~ Gluten & Dairy Free ~

12oz smoothie


1 cup of almond chocolate milk (or dairy-free milk of your choice)

1 banana

1 tbsp unsweetened cacao powder (or carob powder)

1 1/2 tbsp creamy peanut butter 

1 tbsp flax oil or seeds (optional)

1 1/2 tbsp of pumpkin seed protein powder (or chocolate vegan protein powder)

1/2 cup ice

Put ingredients in a blender, mix well.  

Ready in 5 minutes.

Tip: For a low sugar option choose unsweetened coconut milk or almond milk and natural creamy peanut butter.
