Snack Time!

Chocolate Monkey Smoothie
This is a great afternoon snack, filled with protein! A great option for an afternoon sugar craving!
~ Gluten & Dairy Free ~
Ingredients:
1 cup of almond chocolate milk
1 banana
1 tbsp carob powder
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp flax oil or seeds (optional)
1 tbsp of pumpkin seed protein powder (or chocolate vegan protein powder of your choice)
1/2 cup ice
Optional: 1 tsp chia seeds
Put ingredients in a blender, mix well.
Ready in 5 minutes.
