Chocolate Peanut Butter Marshmallow Squares

Easy to make, melt in your mouth dessert the family will love!

~ Gluten & Dairy Free ~

1 cup of dairy free chocolate chips

1 cup peanut butter

2 1/2 cups of miniature marshmallows

1. On low heat, melt chocolate chips and peanut butter in a pot, stirring often.

2. Once melted remove from heat and quickly mix in marshmallows. Be careful not to let the marshmallows melt. 

3. Pour mixture into parchment lined 8x8 glass baking dish or on a sheet of parchment paper and roll the marshmallow squares, making sure to seal the ends. 

4. Cover with plastic wrap and put in the fridge for about 4 hours until they harden. 


Makes 12 large servings
