Coconut Rice

Here is a great way to add flavour to white rice!

~ Gluten & Dairy Free ~

Makes 4 Portions


400ml can organic coconut milk

1 1/2 cups water

Dash of salt (Himalayan if you have it)

1 1/2 cups organic white rice

(or white basmati or even minute rice)

In a medium saucepan bring salted water and coconut milk to a boil. Add rice, reduce heat to a simmer and keep covered. 


Follow the recommended cook time on the rice package. The cook time varies depending on the type of rice. 

Serve rice on its own or with Veggie Stew or Beef Stew
