This is the BEST dairy-free pesto I have ever tried!
Nobody will know it is gluten & dairy-free!
This pesto can be enjoyed on pasta, on chicken or as the most amazing pizza sauce.
Kids absolutely love this Pesto recipe!
~ Gluten & Dairy Free ~
Dinner ready in 15 minutes!
2 cups of fresh basil
1/2 cup of sunflower seeds, walnuts, or pine nuts (omit if you are on a nut-free diet)
1/2 cups olive oil
2 TBSP of fresh lemon juice
2 TBSP nutritional yeast
Dash of sea salt and pepper
Put all ingredients into a cup blender and blend until pesto is smooth.
Makes 4 servings
