 Flourless Banana Pancake

5 simple ingredients! Ready in 5 minutes! Healthy and delicious!
~ Gluten & Dairy Free ~

1 Serving 


1/2 tsp coconut oil

1/2 banana mashed

1 large egg

2 tbsp milled flaxseed

1 tsp smooth natural peanut butter

1/4 tsp vanilla (optional)

Sprinkle of ground cinnamon

1) Warm small frying pan on medium heat. Add 1/2 tsp coconut oil.


2) In a small bowl, mix all ingredients with a fork.


3) Cook pancake until each side as browned. Cook for about 1-2 minutes per side. 

Serve warm. Enjoy on its own, with fresh berries, with peanut butter or serve with pure maple syrup.
