Garlic & Cheese Flatbread

 The fantastic flavors of cheese, garlic and butter on warm flatbread!

~ Gluten & Dairy Free ~

4 smaller flatbread


1/2 cup white rice flour

1/2 cup Kinnikinnick pancake and waffle mix

1 cup canned full fat coconut milk

1/2 tsp Himalayan salt

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder 

1/2 cup dairy free cheese, grated 

1) Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2) Mix all ingredients in bowl. Place 4 big scoops on a parchment lined baking sheet. Don't knead. The dough is moist and wont form into a ball.

3) Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.

Serve warm.

This Garlic & Cheese Flatbread is so easy to make! No kneading! They have a delicious buttery garlic flavor without the butter!
