Pancakes smothered in warm maple syrup!
The perfect gingerbread pancake! These pancakes smell so yummy with the festive flavours of ginger, cinnamon, and cloves!
~ Gluten & Dairy Free ~
Makes about 12 gingerbread pancakes.
2 cups of dry Kinnikinnick Pancake Mix
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 1/2 cup water
1/4 tsp ground cloves
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
Dairy-free butter (greasing pan)
Pure maple syrup
1) Lightly grease a large frying pan or griddle, with dairy-free butter.
2) On medium heat, add 1/4 cup of pancake batter and cook until bubbles start to form on the top. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes until both sides are golden.
Serve pure maple syrup!
