This colourful, flavourful Mexican dip tastes so good with nacho chips and vegetables sticks!
Gluten & Dairy Free
Makes about 1 1/2 cups
4 large ripe avocados
Juice of a lime
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped (or a tbsp salsa)
1/4 cup fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped
Dash of salt and pepper
1/4 tsp cumin (optional)
1/2 tsp minced garlic (optional)
1/4 cup red onion, chopped (optional)
Garnish with a piece of cilantro or parsley
In a medium mixing bowl, mash avocados, add lime juice, cherry tomatoes, fresh cilantro or parsley, salt and pepper. You can also add cumin, garlic and/or red onions. Mix together. Garnish with a fresh piece of cilantro or parsley. Serve in a nice bowl with nacho chips, vegetables or on taco's.
Tips: I have been absolutely in love with guacamole since I took a trip to Mexico and took a fun class on how to make guacamole!! Its such a fun, healthy snack.
