Peanut Butter Cookies

Small batch recipe for that quick sugar craving without the added sugar! Best chewy peanut butter cookies I have ever tried! 

These 5 ingredient cookies are gluten, dairy, wheat, egg and grain-free!

~ Gluten & Dairy Free ~

SMALL BATCH

Makes 6 small cookies 

Ingredients:

1/4 cup almond flour

1/3 cup smooth peanut butter (I used Kraft)

1 tbsp pure maple syrup

1/2 tsp gluten-free pure vanilla

1/8 cup golden raisins (or dairy-free chocolate chips) 

1) Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.

2) Add all 5 ingredients into a bowl, mix and divide into 6 dough balls.  

3) Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Place the 6 dough balls on the lined cookie sheet and lightly flatten each cookie. 

4) Bake for 8 minutes

Simply incredible!
