No Bake!

Holiday Spice Balls

This is a family favourite!  

This little bite of goodness will remind you of the holidays all year round!

Gluten & Dairy Free


2 cups of gluten free oat flour

1/4 cup carob powder or cocoa

1/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp ginger

1/3 cup honey or maple syrup

1/3 fractionated coconut oil (or melted coconut oil)

2 TBSP almond butter


Put rolled oats into blender and make into flour.

Then in  a medium sized bowl add dry ingredients then wet ingredients. 

Form into 1tbsp balls. 

Store in covered container in the fridge for up to one week. 

Ready in 15 minutes.

No baking required.

Makes 18 balls.
