This side dish is delicious and packed with nutrients!

1 bunch of kale washed and chopped
1 1/2 cups red cabbage grated or thinly sliced/grated
3 medium carrots grated
3 tbsp veganaise
1 tsp white sugar
1. Prepare the kale, cabbage and carrots in a bowl.
2. For the dressing, mix the vegan mayo with the sugar. Pour dressing over kale, cabbage and carrots.
