Lemon Tahini Salad
This salad dressing is creamy and delicious!
You won't believe there's no dairy!
~ Gluten & Dairy Free ~
1 head of romaine lettuce
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tsp gluten-free soy sauce/tamari
3 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp pure maple syrup
2-3 tbsp warm water (to thin sauce)
Put dressing ingredients into a cup blender or use a whisk, mix until creamy. Mix dressing with lettuce and add toppings.
1-2 pieces of cooked chicken or meat alternative
2 green onion, chopped
1/2 red pepper, chopped
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds and/or sunflower seeds
garnish with cilantro
