Easy Maple Glaze
This glaze is excellent on cauliflower wings, chicken wings, salmon or meatballs!
~ Gluten & Dairy Free ~
1/4 cup dairy-free butter
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
1/4 tsp black pepper
Dash sea salt or Himalayan salt
On medium heat melt dairy-free butter in a small sauce pan, then add maple syrup, pepper and sea salt into the pot. Bring sauce to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, whisking frequently until the sauce begins to thicken. Once sauce has thickened, add cooked meatballs making sure each one is smothered in sauce or pour sauce over grilled salmon or pour over cooked cauliflower wings.
