This pastel-coloured salad looks so pretty for springtime!

A fun and easy recipe for busy families!

 Marshmallow Salad


About 8 portions or a medium-sized salad bowl

Marshmallow Salad: 

3 1/2 cups of mini coloured marshmallows

1/2 cup unsweetened medium shredded coconut

3/4 cup mandarin oranges, drained, chopped

1 container of So Delicious CocoWhip, defrosted in the fridge overnight.

This is a one-bowl recipe! Simply stir all ingredients and keep cold. Cover in the fridge until you are ready to eat. 


Tip: You could also use sliced strawberries, instead of mandarin oranges.
