This pastel-coloured salad looks so pretty for springtime!

 Marshmallow Salad


6 portions

Marshmallow Salad: 

2 cups of mini coloured marshmallows

1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

1 cup mandarin oranges, drained

3 cups So Delicious CocoWhip, defrosted in the fridge overnight.

This is a one-bowl recipe! Simply stir all ingredients and keep cold. Cover in the fridge until you are ready to eat. 


Tip: You could also use sliced strawberries, instead of mandarin oranges.
