PB Chocolate Chip Protein Balls

Great snack idea when you're on the run!

~ Gluten & Dairy Free ~

18 protein balls


1 1/2 cups of dry gluten-free rolled oats 

1/3 cup chocolate or vanilla protein powder

1 tbsp chia seeds 

1/2 cup pure maple syrup 

1 cup peanut butter 

1 tsp vanilla

1/3 cup dairy-free chocolate chips

1) Use a cup blender and blend oats into flour.

2)  Next, put all ingredients into a stand blender and mix.

3) Form into 1 tbsp balls.

4) Store in a sealed container, in the fridge.
