Anti-Inflammatory Foods

Anti-inflammatory foods can be used to help combat inflammation in the body.

  • Green Leafy Vegetables such as spinach, kale, swiss chard, collards and broccoli.

  • Olive Oil

  • Tomatoes- Cooked are better than raw.

  • Nuts- almonds, walnuts and chia seeds.

  • Fatty Fish- Salmon, mackerel, tuna, anchovies, herring and sardines.

  • Fruits- Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, cherries, oranges, lemon, lime and grapefruits.

Everyone's diets are different but here is a list of foods that are known to be anti-inflammatory. Not all of these foods will work for you, listen to your body.
