New Years Gingerbread Pancakes!
Here is a fun recipe to make for the family! These pancakes smell so yummy with the festive flavours of ginger, cinnamon, and cloves! Pancakes smothered in warm maple syrup! Its hard to tell they are gluten & dairy-free!
Makes 12 gingerbread pancakes!
2 cups of dry Kinnikinnick Pancake Mix
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 1/2 cup water
1/4 tsp ground cloves
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
Dairy-free butter (greasing pan)
Pure maple syrup
1) Lightly grease a large frying pan or griddle, with dairy-free butter.
2) On medium heat, add 1/4 cup of pancake batter and cook for about 4 minutes, until bubbles start to form on the top. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes until both sides are golden.
Serve pure maple syrup!
