Here is a family meal idea that everyone will enjoy!
Pesto Ingredients: 2 cups of fresh basil 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds, walnuts, or pine nuts (omit if you are on a nut-free diet) 1/2 cups olive oil 2 TBSP of fresh lemon juice 2 TBSP nutritional yeast Dash of sea salt and pepper (optional)
Put all ingredients into a cup blender and blend until pesto is smooth.
