Buttery goodness without the dairy!

1 lbs scallops

1 tsp olive oil

1 tsp vegan butter 

Dash of sea salt and pepper

1. Heat pan to medium heat

2. Rinse and dry scallops 

3. Melt vegan butter in a pan, then add olive oil and scallops. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook for a minimum of 2 minutes per side, until golden. I cook for several minutes.

Serve warm on a glass serving dish.
