Excellent treat to bring to a potluck or backyard barbeque.
~ Gluten & Dairy Free ~
2 containers of coconut whipped topping
1kg container of fresh sliced strawberries, and/or peeled peaches
Neatly layer strawberries and coconut whipped topping, repeat until you run out of both. If you have fresh peaches, peel and cut into pieces and add them to the strawberries.
Keep parfait in the fridge until ready to serve. The Coconut Whip needs to stay cold!
