Tropical Blend Smoothie

This smoothie will remind you of sitting by a pool and enjoying the hot sun!

~ Gluten & Dairy Free ~


1 cup of frozen mango

1/4 cup frozen pineapple

1/2 cup of kale

1/2 banana

1/4 cup of mango juice or orange juice

1/2 cup of coconut milk or almond milk


1 tsp chia seeds

1 scoop of vegan protein powder

1/2 cup ice

Put ingredients in a blender, mix well.  

Ready in 5 minutes.
