Sometimes you just need a simple fresh veggie sandwich!
It is quick and easy and will leave you wanting more!
~ Gluten & Dairy Free ~
4 dairy-free cheese slices
2 tbsp veganaise and vegan butter
4 slices of tomato
1/2 cup lettuce
12 cucumber slices
1 ripe avocado
Sea salt and pepper as desired
Protein: 8 pieces of bacon or 4 fried eggs
Optional: Hummus or prepared mustard
Gluten-Free bread or buns
Serve on a gluten-free bun or bread.
Toast your gluten-free bun or bread.
Spread butter and veganaise on toast, melt cheese slice, place lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and avocado on top. Add some protein by adding bacon or a fried egg. You will have the best BLT sandwich in town! Enjoy!
