Broccoli Salad

This sweet and delicious broccoli salad is great to bring to a potluck or family dinner!

4-6 servings

Dairy-Free Broccoli Salad:

  • 1 head of fresh broccoli, cut bite-size florets

  • 1/2 red onion, chopped

  • 4-6 strips of cooked bacon (optional)

  • 1/3 cup of raisins (optional)

  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds (optional)

  • 1/2 cup of veganaise

  • 1/4 cup white sugar

  • 1 tbsp white vinegar   

 

1) In a small mixing bowl add veganaise, sugar and vinegar, mix and let sit for a minute.

2) Cook bacon until crispy.

3) Meanwhile, prepare the broccoli and red onion.

2) In a medium bowl mix onion, bacon, raisins, sunflower seeds, then pour in the dressing. Add broccoli. 

Store in the fridge and serve cold.
