Gluten-Free & Dairy-Free Goodness!
Lemon & Dill Chicken
This flavourful marinade is sure to impress!
Sweet and Savory!
~ Gluten & Dairy Free ~
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp pure maple syrup
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp dried dill
1 tbsp chives
1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped fine
1/4 tsp ground pepper
Using a small bowl and whisk or small blender, mix all ingredients.
Pour marinade over the meat when pan-frying or baking.
This marinade is excellent on chicken breasts, chicken drum sticks, shrimp or breaded chicken alternatives.
Serve with rice or with my Sweet Potato with Pecan Casserole recipe.
