Gluten & Dairy Free Goodness!
Lemon & Dill Chicken
This flavourful marinade is sure to impress!
Sweet and Savory!
~ Gluten & Dairy Free ~
2 chicken breasts, or 8-12 chicken thighs
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp pure maple syrup
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 lemon or lime
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp dried dill
1 tbsp chives (optional)
1/4 tsp ground pepper
1) Using a small bowl and a whisk or small blender, mix all ingredients.
2) In a frying pan or metal baking dish pour marinade over chicken.
3) Bake for about 35 minutes or about 15 minutes pan-frying.
