Gluten-Free & Dairy-Free Goodness!
Lemon & Dill Chicken
This flavourful lemon and dill chicken is sure to impress!
Sweet and Savory!
~ Gluten & Dairy Free ~
2-3 chicken breasts
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp pure maple syrup
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tbsp dried dill
Dash of sea salt and pepper
Using a small bowl and whisk or small blender, mix all ingredients.
Pour sauce over chicken when pan-frying, baking or in a slow cooker.
This sauce is excellent on chicken breasts, chicken drum sticks and thighs, or breaded chicken alternatives.
Serve with rice or with my Sweet Potato with Pecan Casserole recipe.
