 Chocolate Mud Balls

These treats look great on a dessert tray!

A sweet treat to bring to a potluck!

Makes 12-15 Portions

Quick & Easy!


1/2 cup dairy-free milk (I used unsweetened coconut milk)

1/2 cup vegan butter or margarine

2 cups white sugar

2 cups gluten-free oats

1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut 

1/4 cup dairy-free unsweetened cocoa powder 


1) Bring dairy-free milk, butter, and sugar to a boil. Stir until sugar has fully dissolved. 

2) Remove from heat and stir in oats, coconut and cocoa. 

3) On a parchment-lined cookie sheet, place 12-15 mud balls on the tray.


4) Place in the fridge until they are firm.

Store in fridge in a sealed container.
