How to make simple baked tofu


400 grams Extra Firm Plain Tofu (Organic)

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp gluten-free soya sauce

2 tbsp potato starch


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Drain Tofu, cut the tofu block in half and cut into cubes. Place cubed tofu into a clean tea towel removing extra moisture.

  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  4. In a medium sized bowl add the cubed tofu, olive oil, gluten-free soya-sauce, and potato starch and mix.

  5. Place tofu on the lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes on 400 degrees. Stirring occasionally until the tofu is crispy and brown. Serve warm


I served this yummy baked tofu on pasta with Zucchini Meatballs.
