How to make simple baked tofu
400 grams Extra Firm Plain Tofu (Organic)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp gluten-free soya sauce
2 tbsp potato starch
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Drain Tofu, cut the tofu block in half and cut into cubes. Place cubed tofu into a clean tea towel removing extra moisture.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium sized bowl add the cubed tofu, olive oil, gluten-free soya-sauce, and potato starch and mix.
Place tofu on the lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes on 400 degrees. Stirring occasionally until the tofu is crispy and brown. Serve warm
